Our approach

We camera before we quote

The most expensive plumbing mistakes in this city are made on older houses, where a camera run showing one bad section becomes a quote to replace an entire system. We camera first, and we show you the sections we think are sound as well as the ones we don't.

That is the whole approach. Diagnose, show you what we found, then put a number on a scope you have actually seen — and say plainly when the smaller fix is the correct one.

How we work
  • A price written after somebody has physically seen the problem
  • Camera footage and readings shown, not just described
  • The smaller fix recommended when it genuinely solves it
  • Work outside our trade named plainly, with a referral

Feedback

What customers say

“Camera'd the drain and showed me which sections were actually bad. The quote was for two sections, not the whole house like the last company wanted.”

Homeowner, Seminole Heights

“Warm spot on the floor turned out to be a slab leak. They priced the patch and the reroute, explained why they'd reroute, and didn't push.”

Homeowner, South Tampa

“Called in April about storm prep. He tested the main shutoff, found it wouldn't close, replaced it. That was the whole visit and it was the right one.”

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?

For repair calls yes, and we tell you the amount before we drive out. Quotes that come from a walkthrough rather than diagnostics are generally free because that visit is part of pricing the work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Permits and inspections are part of the scope on work that requires them.

What areas do you cover?

We're on Midtown Drive and cover Tampa and the Bay area — including South Tampa, Seminole Heights, Carrollwood, Brandon, and the surrounding communities. Call and ask if you're at the edge of that.

Do you handle emergencies?

Yes, and we prioritise active leaks, sewage backups, and total loss of water. Availability varies by day and season — you'll get a realistic window rather than a promise we might miss.

What don't you do?

Pool chemistry and shell leak detection, roofing and structural work, flood remediation, electrical beyond our own connections, and tile or drywall finishing. We coordinate with the trades that do rather than stretching our scope.

Do you work on older Tampa homes?

Regularly. Cast iron drains, slab leaks, and original supply lines are a large part of what we see in Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, and Hyde Park. We'd rather camera and show you than quote from the era of the house.
