24-Hour Emergency Plumbing
The single most useful thing before we arrive is knowing where your main shutoff is.
An emergency is water you cannot stop, no water at all, or sewage coming back into the house. Those get priority dispatch. A drip or a running toilet is genuinely worth booking normally, and we will say so rather than selling you an emergency visit.
You hear the callout fee on the phone and the repair price on site, before anything starts. Nothing appears for the first time on the invoice.
In most Tampa homes the main shutoff is near the street at the meter box or on the exterior wall where the supply enters. Finding it now, while nothing is wrong, is five minutes that can save a floor.
When this is likely your problem
What's included — and what isn't
Included in the quote
- Priority phone response and dispatch
- Isolating the affected line to stop damage
- Diagnosis of the actual failure
- Repair of accessible leaks, burst sections, and failed fittings
- Pressure test before we leave
Quoted separately
- Callout fee, quoted before dispatch
- Replacement parts and materials
- Drywall, flooring, and water damage restoration
- Permit fees where required
- Mould remediation
What drives the number
We quote after diagnosis, not before. These move the number most:
- ACCESSExposed pipe versus concealed in a wall, ceiling, or slab.
- HOURAfter-hours and weekend dispatch, quoted first.
- SCOPEOne fitting versus a section of failed pipe.
Tampa note
Tampa's summer storm season produces a predictable spike in emergency calls, and that is exactly when everyone's schedule fills. If you have a shutoff valve that no longer closes or a fixture you have been ignoring, the cheap time to deal with it is before June.

Questions about this service
What counts as an emergency?
Water you cannot stop, no water at all, or sewage backing up. A drip or a running toilet can wait for a normal appointment. Call and describe it and we will tell you honestly which one you have.
Do you charge more after hours?
Yes, after-hours and weekend calls carry a dispatch fee on top of the repair. We tell you that amount on the phone before you commit.
What should I do while I wait?
Shut off the water at the main if you can reach it safely and open a low faucet to drain the pressure. Move valuables clear. If water is near outlets or a panel, stay away and tell us when we arrive.
